The following documents are required for submitting your application at AECS.

1. Application form
2. One Photo Copy of all academic records. Since matriculation/ SSLC/ High School Pass (Original Certificate should be produce at the time of registration and admissions into AECS)
3. Testimony of the Applicant
4. Purpose of pursuing studies at AECS
5. Medical Certificate to show that you are healthy enough to undertake the studies at AECS
6. Three recommendations (One from your Pastor, and two from your church leaders)
7. Financial statement
8. Three passport-size photos

1. Application: Application should be made in the prescribed form, accompanied by supporting letters from the candidate’s pastor, church leaders, and sponsors.
2. Transcript of marks and degrees: Xerox copies of all transcript of Marks and Degree Certificates must be attached to the application for admission. All transcript of Marks and Degree Certificates must be produced in original at the time of admission for scrutiny and verification.
3. Letter of Recommendation / Referral: Those who are coming from other theological colleges and seminaries must submit a letter from the President/ Principal or Dean of Academic Studies under whose guidance the applicant has pursued studies as to his / her suitability to pursue further theological studies.

To apply to AECS, kindly obtain an application form and prospectus from AECS by remitting Rs. 200 in person or through MO/DD.  You can also write a letter of request through internet (our email is aecsiec@hotmail.com / abeyoung70@saintpaulschool.in).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Closing date for the completed application along with all documents Xerox is May 15th of every academic year. The admissions committee will not consider the application until the following items have been received that are listed under application requirements.
